Itamar Kohali
Founder & CO-CEO, Col. (Res)
Mr. Kohali has a rich command and operational background in a wide range of positions in various IDF combat units and special forces. After 25 years of military experience, he retired from active duty and joined Elsight (ELS/ASX) in the position of Deputy CEO & CBO and has gained significant international business development experience. Itamar is a globally experienced manager in spearheading BusinessDevelopment and initiating projects, managing consulting processes, and devising unique solutions. At the end of 2018, Itamar has founded MBI ConcepTeam and has since served as CEO and manages the day-to-day operations and business activities of our organization. As part of his reserve duty, Col. (Res) Kohali serves as a district commander in the Israeli HFC.
Benny Ghelberg
Founder & CO-CEO, Ltc. (Res)
Mr. Gelberg has a rich command and operational background in a wide range of positions in the IDF's Combat Intelligence Corp. Ltc. (Res) Gelberg retired from active duty in 2016 After 25 years of military experience and joined the defense industry as a director of field experiments and demonstrations. Mr. Gelberg is an expert in sales engineering and managed huge projects for the most advanced military industries in Israel. In addition, he serves as a senior advisor at the IDF Ground Forces Training Division for Urban warfare zone Infrastructure Training. At the end of 2018 founded MBI ConcepTeam and has since served as CO-CEO. As part of his reserve duty, Ltc. (Res) Gelberg serves as a district's chief of staff in the Israeli HFC.
Tal Yadin
Co-Founder & VP BizDev
Mr. Yadin is MBI's VP of Business Development, Tal is a former IDF combat officer with a rich command and operational background along with high business development experience and skills..
After retiring from combat duty Tal managed several high-budget international projects that included many high volume transactions and deals. His successes in this field allowed him to develop a vast global and local network of very valuable and key players in the HLS, defense, cybersecurity, global trading, and PPE industries. Tal joined MBI amid the COVID - 19 breakout and together reached new goals and achievements.
As part of his reserve duty Cptn. (Res) Yadin serves as a drone tactical team commander.
